WUKO MASTER 0420 AND 0420S
The Wuko Master 0420 is a reliable roof panel machine designed for profiling single and double-lock standing seams with a seam height of 25 mm. Made with a modular aluminium frame and transparent polycarbonate covers, it offers clear visibility and easy access for adjustments. The Wuko Master 0420S includes all the features of the 0420 and an additional longitudinal cutting facility.

- Cut-proof polyurethane-coated drive rollers
- Mobile design with two fixed and two swivel castors equipped with brakes
- 230 V motor with frequency converter for continuously variable working speed: 0–12 m/min
- Forward and backwards run
- Electromechanical preset counter safely embedded within the frame
Profiling:
- Fabricates single- or double-lock standing seam profiles (seam height 25 mm)
- Adjustable working width: 290–810 mm, producing panel widths of 210–730 mm
- Easily and precisely adjustable inlet guides (measure correction on the profile)
- Eight roll-forming stations for clean profiles, with the 8th station aligning and curving panels (convex or concave) with a minimum radius of 6 m
- One-sided profiling
- Also suitable for profiling short panels (minimum length about 500 mm) or tapered panels
