STOP END TOOL FOR INSULATED SANDWICH PANELS – S-BENDER

The S-Bender Stop End Tool is designed for bending sandwich panel profiles at both the ridge and eaves. This tool ensures proper water drainage while preventing water ingress. Additionally, it features interchangeable adapters that allow it to work with various panel profiles (adapters sold separately). Please note, the handle is sold separately.

Uses:

• Function 1: Bending at the Ridge
  First, bend metal sheet profiles at the ridge in one step. As per IFBS rules, this bending is necessary, even with foam fillers and profiles. This process helps prevent water entry caused by wind and precipitation.

• Function 2: Bending at the Eaves
  Next, bend the profiles at the eaves to ensure correct water drainage and prevent backflow. This step is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the roof over time.

• This tool is ideal for use with sandwich panel profiles from Stratco, Dimond Roofing, Metalcraft Group, and Steel & Tube.

• The S-Bender drives easily into the metal sheet’s insulation core without causing any damage.
