The MASC Seam Sealing Tape and Adapter provide a reliable, multi-purpose solution for creating effective seals in various construction applications. This tape ensures protection against driving rain and thermal leaks, making it suitable for windows, wall cladding, interior fit-outs, and roofing. With its easy-to-apply, one-sided adhesive, the system offers a quick and efficient sealing solution for a range of building projects.

Uses:

• Windows: Provides rainproofing and thermal sealing between the window and brickwork.
• Wall Cladding: Ideal for use under concrete elements and boxing for concrete elements.
• Interior Fit-out: Can be used for room divider walls and flooring applications.
• Roofing: Perfect for skylights, roof tiles, and ridge/hip/valley or drip edges.

Product Details:

• Meets DIN EN 1027 standard for driving rain safety (300 Pa) and satisfies BG 2 request for driving rain to DIN 18542:2009.
• Achieves < 600 Pa, depending on compression and gap width.
• 5-year operational warranty.

• Compressed on coil, one-sided adhesive.
• Made of polyurethane soft foam with acrylate-dispersion impregnation.
