Inserts:

HALDER soft-face mallet inserts (series 3508) are made of tough white nylon with a hardness of approximately 73 Shore. These highly durable polyamide inserts provide outstanding impact performance and can withstand extreme forces without chipping, even in sub-zero temperatures. Unlike injection-moulded alternatives, they are extruded from a homogeneous material for superior wear resistance. They are also oil and grease-resistant, making them ideal for HALDER sledgehammers, punches, and drop mallets.

HALDER replacement handles (series 3566) are made from high-quality hickory wood, known for its long-fibre structure that enhances strength and durability. This unique fibre structure prevents the handle from snapping completely in two, reducing the risk of accidents. The ergonomic, varnished design provides a comfortable grip while ensuring long-term stability. These handles are available for HALDER soft-face mallets and sledgehammers, with lengths up to 900mm, offering cost-effective replacements.
